Today, we’re taking a big step in enabling our customers to unlock knowledge and cement their competencies using Cheetah Digital’s Customer Engagement Suite. With Cheetah Learning, launching today, we are giving marketers the tools they need to succeed efficiently and intelligently.
Whether you’re a marketer who has been using Cheetah Digital’s platforms for many years or one who is completely new to the ecosystem, Cheetah Learning is an online portal which provides valuable knowledge, that allows you to deliver campaigns in a more efficient and informed way. We are launching with two unique “Training Tracks” — one for Cheetah Loyalty and the other for Cheetah Experiences. Tracks for our other platforms will be available by the end of the year.
The Cheetah Experiences ActivatorTrack contains three courses, which will empower marketers to set up experiences, create custom themes, and deliver regular and micro-experiences to customers across devices. This track is available today, and it’s geared towards the needs of the marketer — meaning no technical or programming knowledge is required. We found that on average, it will take about three hours to complete, but is delivered online allowing for completion at a time that suits you.
The Cheetah Loyalty Track is aimed towards clients in the process of gaining familiarity with building a loyalty program, and hopes to bridge the gap between a loyalty program being a concept to a reality. Learn more about how to configure earn rules, how to create new offers for customers, and how to deliver your message across multiple touchpoints. On average, we found that this track will take between three and six hours to complete, however online delivery means you can stop and start any time you’d like.
We’ll be introducing more Cheetah Learning Training Tracks in the future, with tracks for Cheetah Messaging to become available later this year.
